「The property was within walking distance to all the, subway and trains. The owners repond within minutes and made sure all was good. Had a washer and dryer, which was a big plus right in the apartment. The area looks rough because of all the graffiti but all of Athens is like that. All safe. Never encountered any problems. Definitely recommend. Thank you!」

「The hotel is located at a very exciting location that you would not feel bored even it is at night. You can finds loads of shops and good restaurants nearby. The staff is super friendly and responsive (even it is at mid night they can be reached via WhatsApp). The room is very large, clean, comfortable and noise-free. 「Perfect location. Walking distance to major attractions. Staff is very nice and friendly however check in process was a little bit slow. Arrives at 15:00 but had to wait about 20 mins for available room. Room is very nice decorated but the air conditioner stopped working at mid night with error code CH 04 appeared on the control screen of the air-con around 3am. "The location is excellent, just next to the metro station and right in the middle of a very lively area. However the entrance is very small and at first I was not even sure if it was a hotel. There were a lot of people going in and out because of the rooftop bar upstairs so I did feel a bit concerned about security. Solo female travellers might want to be extra cautious.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I saw online reviews mentioning noise at night since the area is busy but I did not hear anything during my stay. One of the best surprises was that the shampoo and shower gel were from Korres. If there had been conditioner too it would have been perfect.
Breakfast is served at another hotel which makes the process a bit complicated. You have to cross the street and walk up a set of stairs to find the restaurant. That said the view of the Acropolis from the breakfast area is a nice bonus. The food itself was average and nothing very special. I expected more local Greek dishes but there were not many. Even the olive oil only had one option. The taste was fine and it was enough to keep me full.
What really stood out was the staff. I made a mistake when booking and was quite stressed about it. Rozauia from the front desk helped sort everything out and I am truly grateful for her support. She really saved me."
