“The apartment offered a good amount of space for me, my partner, and our child. Although we didn’t end up using the kitchen, it was very clean and appeared to be fully equipped. Both bedrooms were also clean and spacious. However, the layout wasn’t ideal for our family: the smaller bedroom is located on the first floor next to the front door, while the larger bedroom is upstairs, accessible by a steep set of worn stairs. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close……
