In a gated residence with a pool, this flat features 2 rooms and a mezzanine, accommodating up to 6 people. It includes:
A living room with a TV, table, and chairs.
An open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, electric coffee maker, washing machine, and dishes.
A bedroom with a double bed.
A bathroom with a shower, sink, and separate toilet.
A mezzanine with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a TV.
A terrace with garden furniture.
A parking space.
Internet connection is available (additional cost). Pets are not allowed.
The residence has a pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). However, if the pool were to remain closed due to technical or health reasons, no refund would be issued.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
