Your home of 94m2, standing, air-conditioned is "Close to everything". Located 7 minutes from the St Charles train station, Metro L1 and L2 and 5 minutes from the "Terrasses du Port", new trendy place of Marseille.

Ideal for business trips or holidays.

South facing, it is bright all day. Double acoustic glazing and air conditioning to ensure greater comfort.

A large 40m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher), washing machine, oven and microwave, wifi and network in each room (fiber).

Linen provided in the 3 spacious rooms (12m2), equipped with double bed (140x200), a desk, a closet and a closet.

The renovations were poorly done and looked slapped together. Unit was clean and very spacious. Exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a nice upgrade. No safe or anywhere to secure our passports. Area around the building was a bit run down and dirty.

Terrific apartment in Marseille

We enjoyed our stay ar this apartment. It was very spacious, 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, large kitchen and living room. It accomodated our family of 5 adults perfectly. The house was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook full meals, with a microwave, oven, stove, large fridge, dishwasher, large island to eat at. The living room had plenty of space with seating for 7 people. The beds were more comfortable than any of the other 6 places we'd stayed at in our 3 week vacation. The washer and dryer were very handy as well. Communication with Fred was excellent. He was always sending us information in a timely manner and Malika, who met us to let us into the apartment and show us to the parking garage, was terrific. We rented a secured garage spot in a secured parking structure which I would recommend. It was about a 10 minute walk from the apartment so not as handy. The only thing to be aware of is the location of the apartment. On arrival, it felt rundown, a bit unsafe. It is in a very diverse neighborhood. Once you settle in, it's not so bad. Most people just go about their day, the shop keepers in the area, especially the little pizza shop/bakery just outside the front door was great. We always made a point of being back before dark, We just felt safer doing this. It was very noisy outside at night, fire works, honking, sirens, yelling people. Walking distance to the old port and attractions was great. Overall, a great stay!

Mooie en propere flat met alle voorzieningen op wandelafstand van de oude stad (zelfs met kind van 4 jaar erbij). Zeer goede, vriendelijke gastheer met veel uitleg (niet alleen over de flat, maar ook over de omgeving, wat te doen, hoe bepaalde zaken bereiken met het openbaar vervoer,...) Ook tijdens het verblijf contacteerde hij ons regelmatig om te vragen of alles in orde was en of er nog vragen waren.

An outstanding apartment with a beautiful view and location.

The apartment was outstanding and cozy and fit for a family. The rooms were spacious and well looked after and designed. The kitchen was spacious and cleaned and everything worked well and it had all the equipment needed to cook. The building it self was astounding and the people there were very nice and welcoming. The location of the the apartment was very convenient as it was near a shopping centre. Also near by was a train station about 10 min away and there was a tram station , Metro and Bus very close by. There is a supermarket right opposite the apartment which is very good. The location of the apartment was fantastic as it had an easy access to all the places you would want to go. It had a view of the port and was located near the it. The owner of the apartment was very kind and treated us with respect. He also gave us a lot of advise of what to do when there and what you can visit. He also is there if there are any questions or problem and cared for all his customer. Overall it was the best stay I have ever had and would definitely go to this apartment again when visiting in the future. Tawfig
