    The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the dedicated workspace is ideal for longer stays or remote work.



    The highlight of the property is its open-air shared terrace—a true oasis of calm where you can enjoy the Provençal climate, sip your morning coffee, or unwind outdoors at the end of the day.



    A shared parking spot is available on site, a real advantage in this Marseille neighborhood. Your pets are welcome, available for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the premises.
