ATYPICAL calm and nature only 10 min from the center of MARSEILLE. Nice view of Marseille and small sea view. 10 minutes by car to the VELODROME stadium, the Parc des Expositions, Palais des Sports, Luminy or Parc Borely.
1st beach 5 km.
Located on a hillside, this authentic cabanon restored in the same spirit, is ideally located to discover and participate in the many events offered in Marseille.

Attached to the Parc des Bruyères and the St Cyr massif many ballads (small and large) starting on foot from the cottage.

Independent cottage of 40m2 with a private terrace of 20m2 overlooking a shared garden (very rarely) ideal for families or friends.
Equipment: oven, microwave, fridge with 3 freezer drawers, coffee maker, TV.
Sleeping: 1 convertible sofa bed + 1 sofa. a third bed for small children is possible but not provided.
Free parking on site and around.
Located 2 minutes drive from the village of St Loup all shops (doctor, laundry, shopping center)

Located at the back of our house, the cottage is accessible by a stairway so is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The car is recommended but there is a bus nearby to reach the city center.
Cassis is 20min.

Joli studio dans une magnifique propriété en restanque dans les hauteurs de Saint Loup/Saint Tronc (quartiers suds de Marseille), proche des accès autiroutiers. Studio independent, en haut de la propriété, propre et équipé simplement mais suffit pour qqes jours à Marseille, notemment si séjour touristique. Dispose de beaux extérieurs bien équipés- douchette de jardin pour se rafraîchir, et coins terrasse avec barbecue et hamac. Merci à la propriétaire d'avoir mis à disposition une piscine gonflable pour notre fils de 15 mois.Le lieu est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur Marseille, et les collines, ce qui permet de profiter de beaux levers et couchers de soleil. Accueil convivial, Anne est très sympathique. S'agissant d'une propriété dans les hauteures, il faut être près à grimper un peu pour y accéder.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 jours dans le logement. Cette petite maison a le charme des quartiers marseillais. Les petites terrasses surplombent les toits des maisons alentours. La vue sur Marseille et notre dame de Lagarde est exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et accueillants. Je recommande fortement ce lieu.

Hâvre de paix en ville

Un vrai petit coin de paradis, idéal pour profiter des charmes de Marseille tout en bénéficiant d'un calme absolu, presque au coeur de la nature (accès parc des Bruyères à pied) : réveil et petit déjeuner au chant des oiseaux, cabanon et jardin à la fois fonctionnels et pleins de charme, douceur de vivre typiquement méditerranéenne, avec en bonus une vue magnifique sur la ville, de jour comme de nuit. Accueil sympathique et grande discrétion des propriétaires qui nous ont permis de nous sentir "comme chez nous" malgré la proximité des deux habitats. Une belle découverte d'un quartier préservé sur les hauteurs de Marseille où le calme se mérite via quelques ruelles étroites et volées de marches, vite franchies !

Delightful guest cottage above Marseille

You'll likely want to have a car if staying here, as it's a distance from the typical tourist spots. Also, note that the property is at the end of a long, NARROW, STEEP road (which for us added to the charm.) All that being said, this was a delightful, charming, authentic guest cottage. Of the five places we stayed during our tour around France, this was our favorite. The view from the garden is incredible! Plan to be there for sunset. Anne was so friendly, I felt like I was staying at a friend's house. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen area was sufficient, and the bathroom had what we needed. We hope to stay here again in the future. Merci Anne!

Ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Abend sitzen konnten. Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist einzigartig. Obwohl das Haus nicht im Ortskern liegt, ist man sehr schnell auf der Autobahn und kann so die Gegend gut erkunden.
