The apartment located on the ground floor of the Villa is very bright. It is air-conditioned and has a very nice view of the surrounding countryside, from the terrace and the balcony.
The terrace can be used for meals (electric barbecue, garden furniture) and rest (sun loungers).
Inside, the living room, separate from the kitchen, has a large bay window (large sliding French window) which opens onto the balcony. The south bedroom, opening onto the terrace, has a 160 cm bed, hotel bedding quality, and a mirrored wardrobe. The west bedroom has a large window opening onto high quality bedding. This area, entirely enclosed by a standard barrier, is closed by an automated safety gate. The pool area allows you to seek - as you wish - shade or sun. It remains a quiet place, disturbed by the singing of birds.
The pool is always clean and clear as it is checked and treated daily. From the pool area you have the view of the garden, and of the house in its entirety.
You can get to the nearest beaches (sand or pebbles) on foot, through an access between the villas or by car (2 minutes by car), the sea is about 600 metres away. Many car parks allow you to park your vehicle.
The village of Saint Jean, on the water's edge, has all the useful and pleasant shops: pharmacy and doctors, real estate agencies, church, bakery, pastry shop, local supermarket and delicatessen, fishmonger...
