「Super friendly staff and excellent amenities. I am supposed to remove a star, yet the benefits outweigh the problem; it should still be taken seriously. I trust that the housekeeping staff will ensure thorough cleaning and maintain the rooms in a spotless condition. Upon accidentally dropping my eyeglasses on the floor, I observed that beneath the console table and beds, there was a significant accumulation of dust and dirt. 」
