「Traveling with my elderly mother. They recognized the need for a first floor room, and were so accommodating to allow us an extension on our checkout she’s out when she woke up unwell and needed an extra hour in the morning. They were kind and not judgmental, and I greatly appreciated it. The hotel itself is new and very nice accommodations.」
