“There was a pool, sauna and steam room. I went with my 12 year old and there were times kids could use these facilities (and the seating area outside the pool), these were 9-10 and 2 hours (think it was 4-6pm). Under 16s not allowed in the heat rooms. Got towels given to us at the pool to use. Overall a great stay, nice food and kid friendly.”

“Nice location. Great amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious but the air conditioning unit was absolutely useless. It was a very warm night and the air conditioner just did not make any difference. So did not sleep very well. The rooms are not very sound proofed so you hear every door slamming shut. The breakfast was extensive and very good with staff on hand to refill as needed.”

“Clean room exactly as described, and the breakfast was great! A little disappointed that the pool was under refurbishment so we couldn’t use it (and we weren’t made aware beforehand) but it’s something to look forward to next time!
Parking was a £7.50 for overnight which was fair, but would be a bit expensive if staying for multiple nights. Location was great for access to the centre - would recommend.”

“I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.”
