You have access to the beautiful Lake Hartwell, GA water from the property along with a space at the dock uncovered. It is a perfect place especially for a fishing tournament weekend or for extended rent.

It is a one bedroom (queen bed) with one full bathroom. The kitchen is an efficiency area off of the Familyroom. The kitchen has everything you will need. You have two walk out porches.

Absolutely Perfect!
This trip was A+! Audrey (property owner) thought of every possible detail; it was like having the comfort/familiarity of being at home. Very peaceful area and the pictures posted just don't do it justice. We've stayed in several rentals across the country and this is honestly the first one that has surpassed our expectations! My husband and I look forward to our next trip to Georgia/S.C. and will definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful Experience
Overall I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property. It comes with a tremendous amount of privacy for being close to the owners. As soon as I walked in I felt at home, it was clean, all inclusive, and an extremely organized place. You are only a short drive from a general store and seconds away from the lake. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a weekend getaway!

Perfect Lakefront Apartment!
We absolutely loved the lakefront cottage! Audrey and her family were wonderful hosts, and the apartment was perfect for two adults and our chocolate lab. The back deck is a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the dock in deep water. We will be back!
