The room had visible damage from prior guests, the shower did not have hot water easily accessible, the check in process took almost 20min of standing at the desk while the computer moved at a gacial pace, the check out process was long as well as there was no staff behind the counter. The room clearly smelled of smoke from prior guests. I will not be renting a room here again.

It was nicely decorated for the holidays. There was no breakfast. The coffee area wasn't refreshed. Older building and room with a stale odor, it was cold the heat wasn't turned on when I arrived. Restaurants nearby within walking distance.Sparse toiletries. It seems like no one really takes pride in this place, with a breakfast, nice coffee and some snacks and better maintenance this could be a nice place.

staff was nice people playing music/drinking beers in parking lot outside my window from 7p-11p was a little annoying. bathtub didnt drain very well. that was nasty. people were definitely living there. so it had that vibe to the place. nothing happened to my truck over night. so that what good. staff was great but won't be staying at a red roof inn again.

Great price, quiet and great location
Hotel was decent enough was looking for a reasonable stay somewhere so we can take multiple mini vacations, hotel staff seemed friendly enough, I will say one thing we got a king suite and it wasn’t a bad room but it desperately needed either a small love seat and coffee table or two chairs and a coffee table that was my only complaint really, we stayed 3 nights and it was very well located within walking distance to places to eat and sheets was right before the hotel turn in. Walmart was close by also, we are really big on eating what we can at the room and then going out for a nice meal while away saves money all and all the place was clean and dry…a fresh coat of paint would do a world of good but I. Not complaining I enjoyed our stay

I think the rooms could be a little cleaner and the coffee station could be a little better. I used wipes to wipe down areas in the room that were dirty. I think the rooms could use some slight upgrades. It was great to have the fridge, microwave and coffee pot and condiments.

The staff were very nice and friendly, however the room had quite a lot of traffic noise due to it’s location. Great to get off the highway and get to your hotel quickly but the traffic noise was noticeable. Not any fault of the hotel but worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper.

Don’t. Just don’t.
The hotel booking does not mention anything about refusing service to locals. But this is posted on their door. I am repairing my home in town but live out of the area. My ID is local so they were refusing service. Thankfully my husband is still an out of state resident so we were able to get the room. I wish we hadn’t. It’s the most noisy, low quality, uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed. The elevator is questionable at best and takes forever for a 3-story building. Upon stepping off on the second floor the stench of people cooking almost made us ill. It sure seems like people are living here. Rooms open and people going between several. We were put at the end of the hallway which kept us from the bulk of the odor but all night the stairwell door slamming kept us up. As did the bed which sounded like it had a plastic bed liner which crinkles and creaks with every move. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower and sink. The towels are about as thin as you can get. It’s just a no on every level. You really do get what you pay for.

The only thing that I saw that I thought could be improve is a light over bathroom sink for in the morning when shaving it seemed to be hard to see every good over the sink area the light in the bathroom in the tub area was hard to see over sink by you standing in front of sink with the light behind you.

Room was clean, just a dirty washcloth left behind in the folds of the shower curtain. (Only noticed it once the shower curtain was fully opened up for a shower.) Staff friendly. Minor issues like a hole in the wall from a doorknob, a LARGE gap between the door and the doorframe near the bottom of the room door, banging pipes when the room above used the water, and the ice machine not working, made for slight inconveniences, but, overall a pleasant stay.

Likes - Elevator and stairway made for easy access, Parking was close to entrances. Pets accepted. The price was great! Our room was quiet and clean. Dislikes - Had to wait for staff a few times at the front desk. No Pool.
