Great holiday

We had a wonderful stay in apartment Dora and we have greatly appreciated the kindness of our host Lorenzo. Our kids loved the big, safe garden with the small but refreshing pool and they were welcomed every morning at the doorstep by one of the owner's cats to their delight. The apartment is spacious and has airco in every room, bathrooms are impeccable, the terrace with the barbecue has a very nice view and the beach and the shops are very nearby. We strongly recommend this apartment (and also the local wines and the olive oil of this property)!

Amazing apartment close to beautiful sand beaches

We spent one week in Martinsicuro. The apartment is part of a beautiful renovated old house within a big garden. Our host Lorenzo and his family were very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The house lies well protected and quiet behind the winery (wine and olive factory) of the family and is only a short walk down dirt road away from the beaches. We'd love to come again.

Perfect place to enjoy the summer

The apartement is nicely located at the boarders of a small town with beach, restaurants and shops within walking distance. We really liked this, as we did not have to use the car every day. The apartement itself was really very clean and well equipped with enough blankets and towels. Also the kitchen equipment was in very good state, which in our experience cannot be taken for granted in other locations. A real advantage is also the large terrace that we used for barbecue. The contact to Lorenzo was very good as he was very flexible and easily reachable. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will for sure come back!

Lieblings-Wohnung

Es war die allerschönste, sauberste und komfortabelste Wohnung, die wir je in Italien hatten. Zudem gab es leckeren Wein und hochwertiges Olivenöl, selbstgemacht. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, man muss nur wissen, dass es der Hundestrand ist. Was etwas schade ist, die viel befahrene Straße direkt am Grundstück, hat keinen Gehweg, wer zu Fuß in die Stadt will, muss einige Meter auf dem Grünstreifen gehen. Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Denn sie ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Und daneben Weinstöcke und Olivenbäume nahe am Strand. Einfach perfekt!

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns herzlich wilkommen und konten uns mit allen Problemen jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden. Als wir ein Problem mit unserem Auto hatten, half uns der Vermieter dieses zu lösen. Darüberhinaus fuhr er uns zu einer Pizzeria um das Abendessen zu organisieren. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wunderschön und auch an Regentagen hatten wir durch die große Glasfront einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und auch unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Trattasi di un vecchio casolare di campagna completamente messo a nuovo. Dotato di tutti i confort, compresa l’asciugatrice. Esperienza magnifica. Casolare immerso nel verde nella azienda vinicola familiare a pochi metri dal mare. Pulizia eccellente, ogni confort è presente. Stare in casa diventa un piacere al pari di andare al mare. Le persone sono squisite, gentili, ti fanno sentire a casa. Sono semplici e dal cuore grande.

Abbiamo soggiornato in qsto appartamento per quasi un mese, approfittando dello smart working ed in parte per una settimanadi ferie; l"appartamento è esattamente come descritto nel sito, bello e con tanti spazi perfettamente disegnati e funzionali. Lorenzo, il proprietario, ed i suoi genitori sono persone cordiali, generose ed accoglienti. Strandurlaub mit Hund

Das Apartment Dora war bisher das schönste, welches wir in der Gegend gemietet hatten. Die Raumaufteilung mit je zwei Bädern und Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss und dem großzügigen Wohnessbereich im Obergeschoss waren perfekt für vier Erwachsene und unseren beiden Hunden. Aber vor allem auf der rießigen Terrasse konnte man die Zeit daheim prima verbringen. Ein weiteres Plus war das weitläufige, eingezäunte Gelände um das Appartement. Zum Meer konnte man über einen kleinen Feldweg abkürzen, so dass man nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch am schönen Sandstrand die Sonne und das Meer genießen konnte. Für uns war es nicht das letzte mal, werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke an die netten Vermieter

hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen

Wir waren an Pfingsten 2 Wochen zu fünft (3Erw. u. 2K.) in dem App. "Dora". Die Wohnungen in dem alten stilvollen Haus sind alle im modernen Stil neu restauriert worden, einer Kombination die wunderbar harmoniert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Marozzi, die in dem Haus nebenan wohnt, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war immer offen für alle Fragen. Das Anwesen auf dem das Ferienhaus steht ist recht groß, dazu gehören auch ein Olivenhain, Obstbäume...., eine private landwirtschaftliche Fläche sowie die Fabrik zur Produktion von Wein. Mit guten Weinen und Olivenöl ist man also direkt versorgt. Man gab uns auch eine Weinprobe, die glücklicherweise direkt unter dem Ferienhaus stattfand :-) Der lange Sandstrand von Martinsicuro ist ca. 400Mtr. entfernt und zu Fuß zu erreichen, natürlich auch mit dem Auto -es gibt genügend Parkplätze direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Die meisten Strandabschnitte sind zwar reserviert und mit Liegen und Sonnenstühlen verbaut, aber es gibt auch immerwieder freie Strände dazwischen. Ein schöner großer freier Strand ist in südlicher Lage (genau auf Höhe des Ferienhauses) In der Ortschaft Martinsicuro (noch typisch italienisch, also noch nicht so sehr vom Tourismus eingenommen) gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht. Ist nichts besonderes....aber eben alles recht gelassen. Wir würden diesen Urlaub so nochmal machen. Vielen Dank auch an die Familie Marozzi

Il nostro soggiorno è stato dei migliori, i padroni di casa ci hanno accolto molto bene dandoci le diverse informazioni per l'utilizzo dell'appartamento ed erano presenti anche consigli sui ristoranti e sulle attività presenti nella località. L'appartamento è di ottime condizioni e molto accogliente .dotato di ogni confort. Al nostro arrivo c'erano una bottiglia di vino e di olio di loro produzione. L'appartamento è dotato di lenzuola e asciugamani. Tutto in ordine e molto pulito. Consiglio vivamente!!! E mi sa che ci torneremo!
