"Decent breakfast"

"When arrived no one was at office to check me in, when the returned the guy gave a room that was occupied by 3 gentleman whom I woke up when I opened the door. This was at 3 pm. The guy that checked me in lied to me about not having a ground floor available, there was 2 and a posh one near office.. the room had 3 lights that did not work, and the plug near the sink did not work. The faucet handle in that sink leaked really bad had to keep towel behind it.. toilet was not attached and every time you went to get up from it it banged the wall behind it which led to another occupied room. Parking was awful had to park in handicap spot because the person with the handicap placard parked in spot in front of my room every time..."

"This Hampton Inn and Hotels.com completely changed my otherwise long time commitment to each company. My extreme dissatisfaction with our treatment relative to this hotel has not been fully expressed at this point. This hotel was to be where we stayed for my sons visit to The Masters Golf Tournament in near by Augusta. I secured the room on December 2nd 2025. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had deen canceled, this was obviously the first problem. *(Apparently when booking through Hotels.com, they pay for the room via one virtual, Hotels.com credit card, not the credit card we give as the users of their service. Far more frequently than people are aware of, the charge gets declined. This happens despite the successful transaction on my end with the room being charged to my banking account. The actual hotel is given no information needed to contact me. Hotels.com takes no action to inform their clients of the issue. The problem is only reveled when the traveler arrives on site for their stay. All the while the traveler is actually getting emails indicating all is well) The person at the desk said there was one room remaining, we felt relief. But then as we stood there, to our dismay, Hampton Inn allowed the room to be booked via an online reservation and we were suddenly told we were completely screwed despite having paid $350+ back in early December 2025. My characters are running out. The situation goes from bad to disgusting from here. "

"We had a great experience for our trip to the Masters. Julie was great to work with and everything was exactly as explained."

"Hair dryer in the room didn't work and was hanging off the wall. Floors were very dirty. Bed was good and breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were helpful."

"Was a very nice place to stay. Being surrounded by woods we seen quite a bit of wildlife. "

"If you’re pulling a boat, you may wanna make sure you got a four-wheel-drive to get up the gravel driveway other than that everything was perfect."

"Rooms needs to be updated(walls, bathroom). Staff was great. Access for back parking lot boaters was great but it did have a washed out area(rut). Left real early to eat breakfast so didn't have time to see how it was."
