It was actually dirty there was hair on the ground on the floor everywhere in the shower that wasn't mine it was stains on the blankets and pillows it was pretty nasty to me

Decent for price but not spotless! Impatient desk!
Nice average room, bedding and some towels are stained. I usually bring my own but was unprepared this time so I Asked for a clean blanket and pillow cases and she offered to give me a new room but i wasn’t sure It would be better so i opted for the one blanket she offered me even tho i wanted two. Reserved the next night on my Capital One Rewards and they didn’t receive the booking so they tried to make me cancel and we’re not understanding and made me pay out of pocket so I’m out of double money. Hotels.com has cheapest price bc when i paid when my credit card at the location It was 13$ more.

Fair
The beds are a bit hard. The towels are thin. They do require a cash deposit, regardless that it was all paid online. When checking out you have to remind them and ask for the deposit back.

Not happy
The service at the front desk was good. The bath towel were thin and small. The hand towels were filthy. The wifi didnt work very well.Luckily we were only there for one night and probably wont stay there again. Also, something bit me several times.

The guy who checks you in is incredibly rude, makes you pay the deposit in cash. Even if you make a booking they dont honor that price and typically overcharge. The rooms itself are very clean but the people who work there made me feel unsafe.

Disgusting situation
Checking in either the personnel was sick or really tired, the first room assigned was filthy stained comforter old mattress light flickering like a strobe, wrinkled pillow cases from being slept on the sheets were not changed after the prior guess they had left what looked like brown poop streaks on the sheets which was disgusting. I asked for a different room which was better new mattress and sheets, the floors were dirty which showed on the bottom of my feet from walking around, the was urine splatter on the toilet from prior guess along with hair in the shower. The new bed and sheets we’re comfortable which allowed the room to work for the night especially being late night. The property owner and housekeeping staff evidently does not clean the rooms 100% or at all to save revenue, which this day and age could be a life threatening situation with COVID-19.

I've stayed in worse
It was okay I've stayed in worse. The mattress was old as well as the towels. The toilet leaks water so the floor needs a good scrubbing. And spotted a couple of roaches, good thing they were small.

I booked on the app. When I got here to check in the staff was very rude. Then required a 20$ cash deposit or he wouldn’t give me the key. Wouldn’t give a receipt for the deposit. Beds are hard. Holes in the walls with toilet paper in them to make them less noticeable. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The owner refused to give me a receipt for my 20.00 cash deposit. wouldn’t take a credit card for deposit. Turned the light on in the middle of the night and roaches began to scatter everywhere tried to charge me a $5.00 fee when I locked my self out of my room

It was extremely hot when we entered the room. No A/C no fan no window cracked. Nothing. & it was a 100 degree day. We figured we’d get a cheap room cuz we are just getting ready, going to a concert, sleeping & leaving we weren’t going to be there long at all. But we couldn’t even get ready cuz of how hot It was so we decided to say “F it” & not make a big deal. Once we got back to the hotel after the concert we had to move our car cuz it was a hazard to an emergency thst could arise. We had to park our car around the corner in the dark at like 1am. Then when we finally were about to go to bed there was a COCKROACH on it’s back right next to us. It was disgusting. I have pictures just in case! Barf! If I could give zero stars I would!

The workers/owners were extremely rude, checked in right at 2 and got our keys. When we went to our room, it still wasn’t clean and we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be done. In our two nights there, we saw 5 cockroaches crawl up from behind the fridge. Owner had a problem with family coming to say goodbye before we left the state. We were not loud or disruptive. I didn’t understand how we were the problem, but there was multiple people selling drugs in the parking lot and many people walking around asking for things like a cigarette or the Wi-Fi passcode. Will never return

this property was very dirty and when brought to management they said to bad you are just out your money and after they told us we couldnt get our money back they called an hour later after we went and got a different hotel that they could change our rooms. but no matter what we did not get any money back
