「The lights and the TV in the bedroom weren't working. Also they definitely didn't specify how the room was handicap accessible. All the door would slam closed to getting a wheelchair in and out of the room was extremely hard to do. I told the front seat about the lighting issue and they had matinence come up and he just changed a light bulb. Definitely didn't fix it.」

「My wife and I were completely dissatisfied with our stay there. There were bugs inside the room, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely empty. What I paid for the room was barely worth half that. We attempted to get a refund of some of the money, but were told that since it was booked through Expedia, a refund was not possible.
