"Everything was amazing, Carmelo is a great host who made sure to welcome us personally. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything that is needed. "We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues.
