"Cozy clean property that allows pets. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs."

"The cleaning in the room was very poor. Splatter marks near the trash can, wall etc. I paid extra for a water view room and there was bird poop all over the window. Definitely not worth the price of the room for how the room was kept. There was also a very large gap between to entrance door and the floor making it easy to hear neighbors and very loud."
"My main complaint is check-in. We arrived at the resort at 3:00 pm. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. We did not get a room assignment until 5:30 pm; others didn't get rooms until 8:00 pm. This appeared to be an issue on this weekend. The part that really bothered me was that no one working behind the desk was apologetic or explained the delay. They just kept saying, "No, your room is not ready."
I also explained when we arrived, we had an 87-year-old woman who had a hard time going up the stairs. I did not realize the resort had several buildings, and that only one had an elevator. The first person we spoke to upon arrival at 3:00 pm said they would try to help us out. Not all rooms were assigned at this point. When we got our room assignment at 5:30 pm, it was clear no one had even considered this. We were assigned a room on the second floor in the building furthest away from the main area. No problem for most, but it was for my 87-year-old mother. I did get them to switch the room to the main building. Due to this change, we did not have a patio with our room as we had paid for. I understand that the issue with my mother's limitations was not entirely the resort's fault, although I found their indifference to it disappointing. The room was okay, but in need of some repairs. The best thing I can say about the resort is that the location is great. The beach and pool areas are very nice. Also, the fries at the restaurant are good."
"The rooms were clean and had a good sized fridge, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and the coffee and continental breakfast hit the spot. Great place to stay, and just a walk away from good restaurants."
"The entire staff could not have been more helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and updated and the amenities were readily available. Just the getaway we were hoping for. We’ll be back!!"
"The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was very quiet. Very convenient location across the street from the beach, close to restraunts and shopping"
"All in all great stay. Location is fabulous over looking the Harbor. We got a 4th floor room(we knew they had no elevator) but that’s kinda tough.
Only thing that bothered me was they charged $5 for a tiny beach chair.( at the prices they charge it should be completely) I mean is really a review stream."
"Everything was clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion as a mom traveling alone with a 7, 6 and 4 year old is having bathroom areas directly at pool/water park areas and maybe some wash off stations. Every time one of the kids had to use the bathroom, we all have to get out, get our stuff, go inside to find the closest bathroom. Minor inconvenience but just a suggestion!"
