“We knew this was the spot for us as soon as we found the listing, but when we arrived it was even better than expected. The house was very clean and located in a great little neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to do on the Cape! “This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. “The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. “The cottage was perfect for a weekend stay for my husband and I. We used this as a "baby moon" getaway before we are a family of 3. The short walk to the beach was perfect, even for a pregant momma.
