A great option for a large family, 4 bedrooms with different types of beds, 3 bathrooms and large deck with a grill (Weber), a swimming outdoor pool in the backyard. 2 Week Mashpee Stay

We were happy with this house, it was very clean when we arrived and there were clean sheets on the beds and towels in the closets. The deck area is much larger than the photos show, and has multiple levels. The pool was clean and had a few lounging chairs. All of the appliances from the gas grill to the washer and dryer were quite new and easy to use. The bedrooms were spacious and all had good closet space. All in all, it was a great house in a location that made getting to the main roads easy, and had a few essentials, right near by (gas station, Dunkin Donuts). Mashpee Commons and the Stop and Shop were a quick 7 minute drive.

Great pool and deck

The outside area of this house was excellent! Pool and decks are very large. The property was very clean and well maintained. The indoor living space is quite small. Extra seating/lounge area in the finished basement would be a bonus for nighttime or rainy days.

Fantastic property for whole family

Two bedrooms on the main floor made this an ideal property for elderly guests. The pool was clean and warm. The appliances are all new and the kitchen was stocked. Even the outdoor grill was new and filled with propane. Although you are right off a main road, the neighborhood was quiet and it is convenient to Rte 6 and groceries. The host was responsive and clearly cares that you are happy. We look forward to staying again!

Mashpee Relaxation

Host was excellent. Wonderful House,Organized and Cleaned. We celebrated my Daughter Graduation with the family. Kids had a blast in the pool and Adult Enjoy the quire Sorounding. Host was wonderful and answer all my questions. Hope to be able to stay next year. Recommend to any body who is looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy a quite neighborhood.

Excellent!

This house is so cute and exactly as pictured! The backyard is so quiet and peaceful, with a lovely deck and pool area. Mels was very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home to others!
