We loved our stay at this cottage. It's located in a beautiful area with very easy access to the beach. The property was spotless! The furnishings are well thought out for that perfect beach vibe with some nice extras like a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for the perfect escape to the Cape.

The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and neighbors are friendly. They had a little community shopping area with small local restaurants that you can walk to from the cottage. Also, the cottage was steps away from beach access. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I really enjoyed our short stay there. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

Beautiful location nice quiet area close to beach. The cottage had everything you could need. The only suggestion I could make is leave a list of restaurants/location of the beach, stores etc.

Cape Cod Community

The place was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with keeping the bedroom cool and had to run all the fans to get cool air to back room.

Beautiful cottage in a great location

I have stayed in this cottage 3 times, all just by myself, even though it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It's in Maushop Village, which is a premier location itself, and has fabulous furnishings. I was particularly enchanted by the sleeping porch, where I sat many afternoons, writing in my journal.

Great cottage in Popponesset

The cottage is very cute and comfortable. We love the area so much. The beach is so close and the Popponesset Marketplace has great restaurants, live music and a general store . Hardly need a car. The cottage was clean and well equipped and the neighborhood adorable. Would go back again.
