“The property was maintained very well, coffee counter was always filled with coffee counters free of debris. Rooms were clean, the inconvenience we experienced was the system was down and we couldn’t check in for hours. The desk clerks were apologetic and worked diligently to manually check the client in.”

From the woman who checked us in initially to the day staff desk lady to the evening stay gentlemen, all three were helpful, went beyond what was asked. I wish I knew their names so I could identify them personally. One thing which could identify them was that my daughter and I were moving her from NC to UT. WE had 2 containers of a great Grandmother's china which we were delivering to friends in NC to store until cousins from Richmond, VA came……

“Das Hotel ist eher ein Business als ein Urlauber Hotel. Im großen und ganzen ok. Das Frühstück entsprach der Beschreibung und Erwartungen - eher minimalistisch. Die Lage ist gut. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Die Laundry haben wir zuverlässig und einwandfrei genutzt. Unzureichend war die Laute Klimaanlage (Klimatruhe vor dem Fenster). Die ganze Familie hatte Probleme mit der Lautstärke, da diese nicht stufenlos regelbar ist. Also entweder 100% an oder aus. Und das mehrmals die Nacht! Der……
