「The house was as described and pictured. It was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also, great communication from Stacy the Reservation Manager. The only thing that could be explained clearer in the description is the fact that there is no master bathroom off the master bedroom. However, that wasn't a big issue for us. We would definitely rent this house again.」

「Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. 」

「This was a great place to stay! My daughter and her husband live in Ft Collins but don't have a guest room. My 24 year old son was on leave from the Army for a week and we decided to drive up from Texas and see my daughter/his sister. The vrbo was located one block from their rent house and was within easy walking distance to Old Town as well as Martinez Park. And bonus: it has air conditioning! Much needed since the highs were in the low to mid 90s during our stay. I will definitely stay here...

「We stayed at The Colorado Modern Cabin on our way home from a month-long roadtrip. We tent-camped most of the way so this was an incredible, luxurious, refreshing stay for us. 「The house was great! Arya was wonderful to communicate with, best host I have ever dealt with! If I needed to be technical considering Covid just happened, and anything can be laced etc……maybe don’t leave 1/2 used condiments from previous renters in fridge, require them to toss. I do feel the house could use a few upgrades on pots/pans. Have new sponges for the next renter, I know that’s excessive but I don’t want other ppls germs on my sponge. The sponge we used was at least 6 months old...
