「No consistent contact w staff on text and could not get them to answer. Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. Overall room was satisfiable but hard to recommend due to lack of communication from staff.」

「Location is good, near red line. Shopping malls and restaurants are nearby. room and public spaces are clean. Air conditioner is good. But some people are noisy at night，because they have shower at midnight. The living room is hot. Parking is not convenient，I find another place for parking 4 days. Before I arrived，I tried to contact via email and phone to confirm parking, but no response at all.」

「Lots of well designed public spaces to gather in both inside and outside. Good amenities. Liked the discount tickets for the restaurant across the street with great breakfast choices. Coffee services on premises was convenient. Bed linens and towels were quality. Only complaint was mattress was uncomfortably saggy in the middle.」

「The Christopher is officially my new favorite hotel. Bailey greeted us when we arrived and was the primary person we saw during our stay. She was lovely and so helpful. I could have fainted when she offered to have our super heavy luggage taken up 3 flights of stairs for us! We were upgraded free of charge to a larger room that had its own private deck. The room was beautiful - gorgeous furnishings and so clean and comfortable. There are homemade, sinfully delicious chocolate chip cookies served...

「The water heating was broken so we had freezing showers the entire time. I had texted the owners earlier on about this but never got a response. Our room also had an ant infestation and smelled very heavily of a mildew, antique-esque smell. The apartment/common areas were set to 65F on the A/C but in reality was closer to 26-27°C (80F). 「The Old Mill is a gem! Very tranquil location and very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are cool - decorated industrial style, with interesting light fixture and hardware. Breakfast is included, and featured homemade scones. A unique experience!」
