“Room was very clean. Had a little problem with toilet, front desk sent someone up right away to take care of problem. ”

Great location to serve as home base to be out and exploring if you have interest in visiting the berkshires!I don't recal the unit number being listed, I think there could have been slightly better directions but we found it ok based on the photos.”

Everything in the condo was perfect- neat, clean, comfortable, and all of the amenities and service including the hot tub, pool, sauna, movie theater, and on site activities were all great. “The front desk staff was extremely helpful friendly and answered questions when we asked. The unit was very comfortable, clean the only thing was the TV is a little strange. By that I mean you can't figure out the guide. A small instruction paper should be left by the TV. Very different for when I'm used to. Other than that it was wonderful.”
