“Studio fidèle aux photos, joliment décoré, extrêmement propre et très confortable notamment grâce à la clim. L'accueil de Claudia et son mari est très sympathique et ils sont soucieux d'apporter le meilleurs service aux locataires. De la documentation est à disposition ce qui permet de se situer et programmer des visites rapidement. Le parc est bien entretenu et permet de se délasser à l'ombre des arbres. Excellente situation pour visiter Modène qui se trouve à 20 km. Nous gardons un excellent……

“What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town.”

“When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. When he opened the gate he did not help unload or ask how the journey was etc but was chatting with our taxi driver as we stood obviously waiting to get to our rooms. He then told us the restaurant on site is closed and so was the pool. It was early evening when we arrived. We asked if there is anywhere to get food and he said he would tell us where but then picked up a phone……

“A/C unir needs better maintenance, It was not able to cool down a little room, An inconvenience in this hot days. The emergency light did turn on at 3:00 AM in the midle of the nigth very scary. Otherwise all OK”
