“周邊設施不多，只有一間小間便利商店，吃東西比較麻煩只能吃飯店的，房間或設施都還不錯”

“Accommodation was good”

“The place was clean Nice receptionist T V was making weird crackly noises couldnt turn sound up Couldnt get onto wifi at all wouldnt recognize room number and kept coming up unsafe The shower rose is leaking Air con over bed v noisy”

“預留鑰匙 無法清楚交代並傳訊息於郵箱，提供熱水時間不明，洗衣設備需投幣，取得硬幣困難”

“Just a great comfortable place to stay, everything it said in the brochure, and alot more, hosts great to get along with and great communication”

“This place is a disgrace. Grubby, not maintained, the grounds used to be beautiful but now they are overgrown, the decks are rotting, the windows are dirty, generally awful and certainly not worth $150/night and that is a discounted rate (really!). Absolutely ruined our stay in Masterton at a time when we were grieving.”

“Excellent property. Would definitely stay again.”

“Staff were really helpful we weren't sure if we would make it before reception closed so I sent them a message they called me back with an alternative option. We did manage to get there in time & they checked if we had everything we needed”

“Great unobtrusive Kiwi hospitality in a wonderful location. We were there in early spring and already the garden was bursting with color with tulips, daffodils, and blossoms on the trees. Birdsong everywhere. Enjoyed a very comfortable room and a great breakfast. Had great communication from Renee and Kevin. Looking forward to returning.”

“The heater worked once an stopped working for the next 2 days”

“Deeply unattractive. Uncooperative, uncommunicative ’hosts’. Do not use this ‘facility’.”

“The studio is tastefully decorated and feels like a dream. Absolutely perfect! The gardens remind me of a mini version of the gardens in French villas. Beautiful.”

“The location was excellent as were the staff, the room was nice and had a great view of the garden. The only small issue was that the tv was very small in a very large room. Regardless of this the next time we come to Martinborough, we will stay at the hotel in the Palliser room again.”

“Had a lovely welcome from Nicole's family dogs. Very friendly. We were also given a fresh home baked bread that was delicious. As it was still warm, we ate it straight away. Cookies & fresh eggs available also. The queen size bed was very comfortable with electric blanket to use on a cold September night. Shower pressure is awesome & nice loo paper. Had plunger coffee in the morning and was delicious. TV was great, we got to watch what we wanted before heading out for the evening. Would not……

“Very pleasant stay. Lovely decor. Very clean and tidy. Great location. Excellent for pooch. Highly recommended.”

“Nice and quiet, cozy, suited my purpose and the drive there from Carterton was a good way to wind down after a hard days work.”
