"It was a terrible experience - the staff is very slow. They are quick to charge & then they lose the information . Between the front desk & the concierge, I almost missed my flight. The spa wasn’t very cordial either. The rooms details are so dark , it’s hard to find switches. The windows were dirty. I have seen 2/3 star hotels more efficient than this."
"The hotel, its staff and placing is very nice. Only minus was that we had to pay for the parking - that should have been included as the price per night is quite stiff."
