Room had cockroaches and mold in the shower. Hard to overlook those two issues. Almost booked a different hotel, but wife convinced me to stick it out. They had a cappuccino machine in the room which was not plugged in and no outlet that I could find, I had to move it to the bathroom to plug it in. ...

Barceló San José
The staff was rude, entitled and disrespectful. The service at the restaurant was awful (with the sole exception of one waiter.) Alonso from the front desk was very disrespectful and their pickup staff mixed up our reservation for transportation and left us waiting for them in the middle of the night ...
