The staff are exceedingly friendly and well trained. Our room was very comfortable with a large bedroom and bathroom with both shower and bath. There were a lot of electrical outlets including the North American standard. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced for the quality. Table service was top notch....

"This classic turn of the century hotel is a treat to stay at. It is well located in Victoria Falls for day activities and has a splendid view of the Zambezi River gorge and bridge. The staff are exceedingly friendly and well trained. Our room was very comfortable with a large bedroom and bathroom with both shower and bath. There were a lot of electrical outlets including the North American standard. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced for the quality. Table service was top notch. The pool was so nice on a hot day, with great F & B service and live music. There were a variety of wild animals to be seen both on and off the property but you felt safe with the animal rangers they had patrolling. Although lodging is expensive, we felt it was well worth the unique experience."
