The Wash- House B&B Quirky Historic Cottage set in a quiet country location
Whether you’re away for a night or a few days The Wash-House has everything you need for a relaxing stay, set in the grounds of a Historic villa amongst formal gardens with views of the Kaimai Ranges. There is a kitchenette with Automatic coffee machine and locally sourced Raglan Roast or Allpress coffee5 minutes, continental breakfast which includes Volare Sourdough bread and complimentary drinks in the fridge. There is a dining area, comfy lounging chairs, a plush queen bed with a separate ensuite.
If you need a portacot please let us know in advance
Outside there is a deck for outdoor dining and relaxing.
All just a short drive to Matamata town and surrounding attractions such as Hobbiton, the cycling tracks or the numerous golf courses.

5 minutes to Matamata 25 minutesCambridge or Tauranga
40 minutes to Hamilton or Rotorua.to Matamata
