Check-in wasn’t friendly, and though they tried to help with the room not being ready, it lacked warmth. The shower door didn’t slide, making temperature control uncomfortable and risky. The room door didn’t close fully, letting mosquitoes in. The pool was freezing. Towel service was inconvenient—no ...

i lost IPhone and airpod in the hotel . they said have thief went to the hotel . i thought it's the janitor Stole it . i will never book this hotel again . and they don't sovle it .
