The room was gorgeous and the hotel itself was amazing. I couldn’t believe how comfortable the room was. And I was amazed by the high ceiling. Although not in the caves itself it only took a few minutes walk to get to them. But the best part of the experience was the staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay there perfect.

Amazing room in Matera, most beautiful interior design and amenities of our 2-week vacation. Very clean. Very friendly staff; possibility to leave the luggage on the property before and after checkout. Ideal location to visit the city while having indoor parking few mins walk away (20euro/day which is standard - say that you are staying at Euvodia upon arrival to parking otherwise they will tell you that you absolutely need a reservation). Overall would highly recommend!

Perfect location, beautiful room with lots of big end finishes. Staff were friendly helpful and obliging. Couldn't have asked for more. Room was exceptionally clean. Only one issue was ants in the room which took the final score down just a bit.

Michela was amazing. She handled everything. She’s a one-person administrator who does everything for the hotel guest. If you have a car, best to reserve the valet parking at Nicolette. Breakfast was ok and starts at 8:30am. The rooms are quiet and relaxing after a day’s walk in Matera.

Wonderful

房間很大很乾淨，而且有洞穴的特色。店員的服務很好。他會一早聯絡我，然後教我怎樣到酒店。然後給了我一張地圖告訴我應該怎樣參觀這個小鎮。後來我需要買車票回到Bari，由於火車站在重建，我不知道怎樣買票，店員陪我到車站買了第二天回Bari的票,後來他知道我的行程會去西西里島，他作為西西里島的本地人也告訴我西西里島國旅行景點，我覺得她有非常好的服務態度。
