The holiday home "IL CORBEZZOLO" is located at the entrance to Matera Nord about 2.5 km from the city centre. The historic center and all the other architectural beauties of the city of Matera can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. It is about 1.2 km from the Villa Longo train station and from bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants, including self-service ones. Located in a residential area, made up of single-family houses, surrounded by greenery, the structure is perfect and logistically adequate for those who want to stay just outside the chaos of the city. Detached, air-conditioned house, includes bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Large patio and outdoor furniture so you can spend your moment of relaxation in complete tranquility and away from the chaos of the city. Private and fenced parking. The quiet and all the comforts that the house offers will pamper your stay.

Die Unterkunft bietet sich für Autofahrer an. Sie liegt in Hanglage mit Aussicht. SIe erscheint optisch als Wochenendhaus- mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad -in einem locker bebauten Wochenendhausgebiet. Die schön gestaltete Terrasse mit Garten ist gut für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt geeignet.
