We loved our spa cave room at Thymus. It had a pool and a Turkish steam bath. The room accommodated four easily and was very clean and well appointed. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. We would stay again and highly recommend to anyone. Matera is a unique place and this is a one of a kind, top tier property.

Thymus Residence is a unique and charming hotel. The hostess met us with a warm welcome and the hotel was exactly as we imagined - a charming, high end, cave experience.
