“Hotel had good reviews and was higher priced than many other places so we were expecting something better. Lobby smelled like weed when we arrived around 9 pm. The first room was so musty we requested another one. That second one was also musty but less and we realized that was pretty much what the situation was so we just accepted it since it was only one night. Hotel was ok but we wouldn’t stay there again.”

“I always stay where I visiting family in a neighboring city. It's in downtown Valdosta. Super quaint and convenient. The restoration is really nice. I like the antiquetious feel. You should give it a try. I do warn you that the property sits on a major highway. But it's a highway thru a small-town-downtown square.”

“This hotel was a good price for our trip to Wild Adventures and just one exit down from the park. The room and bathroom were clean and the bedding was clean too. We stayed in a first floor double bed. The breakfast which was described as continental was actually what the hotel described as a grab and go…muffins, coffee, yogurts, orange juice and oatmeal. Would have liked some cereal for the kids and maybe some bagels or toast but for our two night stay it was adequate. There is a Waffle……

“The place was very clean and the front desk staff was amazing.”

“This place was dated and we had a red stain on the carpet. Bathroom was dirty. Pee on the toilet (under seat) upon arrival. We will gladly pay more to stay somewhere else. I guess the Hiltons don't care...clearly.”

“When we entered the room, it smelled of rotten food. The cleaning person forgot to clean the fridge out. The rooms need renovations. It had a smell to it. I will stay somewhere else with more up to date amenities. The staff was wonderful. The sad part, it's a group that comes every year. I hopefully can convince them to find better.”

“This place was ok - just as expected”

“We had a pet so apparently they have different rooms for them. Mom found a roach crawling on the floor and I videod it and killed it. The comforter had burn holes all in it and the room smelled musty. To be honest I took all stuff back to car after I dressed with clothes I was to wear nxt day as I was scared of roaches and bed bugs. I requested my money back and never heard from them. I would have left but couldn't afford a different room. I slept 4 hrs and left.”

“Positive: The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The game room was a nice surprise for our kids. The kids loved the pool. Most of the employees were very pleasant. I didn’t hear any street or neighbor noises inside our room. Negative: The air didn’t cool well and wasn’t turned down before we arrived. The hair dryer didn’t work. Expedia didn’t notate that the hotel required a $100 deposit, but they did after arrival. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.”
