The stay was good, food was good. But the housekeeping needs a little more attention. Noticed hair in the room, also on the food that we ordered in the room. Staff is amazing and very courteous but needs a lot eye for detail and confidence. It was my birthday, I had mentioned that on the booking, plus they also saw it on my ID card, but did not notice it. So these small detailing matters a lot in this industry to make the experience great. Overall it was good

The hotel as such was nice and reasonably close to the town centre. Check-in/check-out process was good, good selection of buffet breakfast, pleasing staff. If I need to say one thing, its the access to property. Otherwise a good stay

The room was in good condition and clean, bathroom was mostly clean as well. The beds were very springy and very uncomfortable, definitely not a 4 star experience. The staff were helpful and polite. We booked two rooms and were given rooms opposite each other, would’ve been better to have had the room next door as there were a couple of families in the room next door who were soo loud and proved that the rooms are not sound proof either. We called exception to try and get them to be more quiet and they tried but instead were told we were noisy. Having sound proof rooms would’ve prevented this. Okay stay but not the most comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly and the rooms were clean.

Area is safe. Easy to get rickshaw to go to temples. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Variety of options - all vegetarian but they had different varieties daily. Service at dinner which is ala carte and breakfast buffet was great - the manager/ the servers all provided excellent service. Special mention to server Reshma- always smiling and made us feel at home. The front desk is ok. Check in was easy. Overall stay was good.
