The Casa di Via Piave is a 6-bed apartment for rent in Matino, in the heart of Salento, just a few minutes` drive from the beaches of Gallipoli. It is located on the second floor.
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, TV and satellite decoder, electric oven. Equipped outdoor space.

large apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by
stairs. The spacious and bright rooms are furnished in a classic and
relaxing style.
The entrance is in a large living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed and TV, from which you go to the rustic-style kitchen, well equipped.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with single beds and 2 full bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.
Completing the Casa di Via Piave is a shaded veranda with canopy, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The Casa di Via Piave is located in the center of Matino,
a small and industrious town in the Gallipoli hinterland, where you can
discover a beautiful historic center. All the main services are within
easy reach.
Matino is just 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde and Punta Pizzo, on Gallipoli`s most famous coastline, while the historic center of the Città Bella is only 15 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

Mancano bicchieri, tazze, pentole e non ci sono caffettiere. Inoltre solo una camera da letto è climatizzata mentre sul sito era previsto il condizionamento in tutte le stanze compresi cucina e soggiorno
