"Decent location close to shinjuku station. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit firm. No fans in the bathroom for some reason. The room was also too warm and the AC didn't seem to help much. It was ok for the price."

We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. "Wonderful stay at Keio. Hotel location was great, lots of restaurants and shopping. Great hotel. I do have a complaint though, during our stay, there were a lot of athletes from all over the world. our floor housed athletes from Europe. The hallway became their lounge, the had their massage table infront of our room, some clothes were strewn on the floor. At one point, when we got off the elevator, they were all in a circle, that we had to walk around them. Then for 2 nights early morning around 2 am, people on top of us were doing some sort of loud crushing noise. Not sure if they were fighting or doing gymnastic. So glad it was toward the end of our trip. "
