「Nice peaceful neighborhood, good train connection. Steep stairs not suitable for strollers. Complicated and time consuming check in process. 」

「Perfect price with location」

「Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before.」

「Staffs are helpful and the facilities are good」
