Staff were very friendly. Hotel is convenient for the station, but a reasonable walk to Matsue Castle. Breakfast was geared towards Japanese guests, but it was free so no complaints! Room was a little dated compared to some other Japanese business hotels, but it was very clean.

For only one night, the staff here were friendly and accommodating. They made check in’s and check out’s easy and quick. The room was in a good location next to the elevator and the walk to the train station was in short time. The view was also amazing as well, would come back here again for my stay in Matsue

Close to JR station, easy to access. Room is clean and tidy. Very close to a car parking building, you will need to close the curtain all the time if you live in lower floor room.

Excellent location near station and many restaurants. There did not seem to be provision for separation of recyclables from general refuse within the hotel. The practice of using disposable cutlery and cups at breakfast is wasteful. A lot of plastic.
