「この宿は日本の伝統的なスタイルで、清潔で整頓されていて快適でした。和食の朝食はとても美味しかったです。受付のスタッフもとても親切でした。9月16日の朝、受付のスタッフの方々には大変感謝しております。チェックアウト後、車にトラブルが発生し、ホテルに戻って助けを求めました。スタッフの方々は私たちの話に耳を傾け、電話の手配を手伝ってくれ、車まで見に来てくれ、最終的に問題を解決してくれました。スタッフの方々の親切で親身な対応に心から感謝しています。 」

「First of all I have to say I only need a bed to sleep during my trip to any city or country. Therefore, Minshu Chaya (民宿茶や)　meets my needs. It's a traditional Japanese style tatami room, with TV, coffee table, mat and a shelf, good lighting with big window, clothes hangers. There were shampoo and body wash in the shower, clean toilet. Good wifi, but cannot cook in the house. For those who need to cook by themselves, please do not stay here. Wood floor may have noise when steps are heavy. Some...

「Such a great place to stay! So close to the bathhouses, shops, and park, but also tucked away enough to have a good night sleep. They have AC for when it gets hot at night. The hosts were 10/10! Really friendly and helpful in recommending places to go and see in town and nearby.」
