Breakfast was not great. Only hot item was waffles. Also, breakfast hours of 6-9 does not allow for a lot of people. I saw numerous people turned away because breakfast ended at 9. Some couldn't even get waffles at 9:05!

The breakfast could have been much better, and staff when asked to check my room, so I could get deposit back was told two different things so I wasn't happy about that. They stated they had to check the room first but, never went to check the room.

The smell permeating throughout the building was intolerable the glade air fresheners dispersed around the building should have been the first red flag, the building is dirty unkept and outdated the room had minimal lighting which was probably a good thing so you can’t see how dirty it really is. I questioned the smell upon arrival and the front desk guy wouldn’t even answer save your money this place is trash!

The hotel lobby had a terrible odor, and the third floor was worse; it was somewhat of a sewage smell, with a little bit of garbage smell thrown into the mix. There were air fresheners plugged into the hallway, but that only added to the terrible smell. It was sickening. The ice machine on the third floor was broken, so I had to go to the lobby to get ice. The breakfast was sparse and uninteresting, and they ran out of milk, packaged granola bars, and coffee cups. Front desk staff hardly looked up from the computer or was not present at all. There were very few outlets in my room, and one did not work at all. The bathroom was very poorly lit and I had to shower with the bathroom door open so that I could see. The alarm clock was not plugged in, and I couldn't move the bed to get to the outlet.

This hotel is extremely dirty, the hallways are smelly. I arrived in the late evening and it was so dark on the inside that you couldn't tell if it was even open. Very poorly lit. The room itself was outdated, furniture and lights worn, raggedy, drawers that would barely close. A toilet that was constantly running after flushing. Looks absolutely nothing how the rooms look online. Hallways are dim, elevator lights are dim, elevators are raggedy. I came down to the front desk to complain of these things and ask for my money to be refunded upon checking out early and I was declined that. Employee was not interested in turning my experience around. I checked out a night early due to how poorly maintained this property is. Also there were sketchy characters hanging out around the property. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, it's absolutely disgusting and whoever owns this place does not care about the upkeep whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble. DONT BOOK HERE

From my experience my room was okay but I did see a few things that I did not like a bullet hole that was not really covered up. under the sink. It was all dirty for a moment. It looked like it was dry blood at the bottom of the sink in the bathroom and at the bottom of the door. I would say cool but you is around you know like restaurants. Other than that, yeah I won't book here again
