「It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.」

「Beautiful property with an especially nice pool area that's surrounded by gorgeous trees. The cottage is charming, and has many private spaces for spreading out and getting some downtime. The living area is large and airy, great for relaxing with others and watching shows, movies, sports. Minutes from Wades Beach, which is really pretty and laid back.」

「Adorable cottage in a perfect location to walk into West Hampton town and the beaches. Easy check-in with great communication. Plenty of amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, towels, and all you need to have a BBQ. Peaceful backyard - perfect to relax and read or enjoy an outside BBQ with family. I was with 2 girls friends and it was great for our needs.」

「Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out.
