Great hotel as always however check in a mess as they had cancelled our booking and then took 2 hours to sort it out. Their restaurant does not really offer any ambience. They could make it so much better. Very friendly staff

Great staff!
Excellent, professional staff who went out of their way to help me with my many requests (tour bookings) and questions about the area. The location is accurate and consistent with hotels.com and google maps (should be mentioned, as reviews of other establishments in the area indicate that such discrepancies do occur), i.e. it is central, within easy walking distance of shopping, dining, and the airport. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. Some mosquito repellent is recommended, especially if you want to enjoy the garden in the evening - the hotel is right next to the river after all. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay here again.

Front desk staff very slow at check-in. I believe when you start checking-in, if the phone rings, the caller gets put on hold while the person at the front desk checking-in finishes. It happened twice during my check-in. When I ask ed for my bill, the hotel had NO IDEA what I PAID for the room. this is UNSAT. What is the reason for this? When a customer checks out, in EVERY hotel on the guest is giving a bill with their room price on it. This is a bad policy and needs to be fixed. If the argument is that an email was sent with the pricing, I submit that we get hundreds of emails. The day I check out I want to settle my expense report and not have to go searching for an email from 6 weeks ago when the booking was made. Please change that.

The property was close to the airport but I have to give credit to the staff from the front desk to the restaurant. I wish I could remember names but one lady help me arrange my return covid test and she was so helpful. The gounds had a bar and at night you could sit outside by bar but wear repellant. My room was basic and bed was comfortable and enough closet space with a safe. My furniture needed some attention because the furniture was peeling or chipped where you see the inside partical board. The area had food, bank, currency exchange and wild donkeys on the road so overall a good stay with alittle more attention to furniture in room

Although we were two guests in the room, only one set of towels were provided and only 3 coffee sachets. The service at the bar and restaurant was slow. The garden and pool area was well maintained and neat. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful.

Good hotel needs more maintenance
The hotel location is great if you are visiting Maun for business of vacation . The hotel need some maintenance. The shower head had calcium deposits. The tub was a bit shaky. The restaurant had limited food. But it's close enough to restaurants so you can walk around to get other choices. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. But overall condition can be stepped up with better maintenance.

Comfortable conveniently located place , but .....
The service is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However when I booked for airport drop-off which was recorded in a special book, the bus had left without me while I was well on time at the reception. This cause anxiety and was utterly unacceptable. No apologies were made.

A nice property located near the airport. Excellent breakfast includes eggs cooked to order. Dinner at the restaurant is either buffet or a la carte.
