This is a great spot off the beaten track. Definitely a hidden gem. Tirre and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating and service all round was top notch! Can't imagine staying anywhere else

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. The location is a little out of town, by the river in a lush and green environment. It's easiest to take advantage of the free airport shuttle, since taxi drivers might have difficulties to find the place. The drive from the airport takes about 15 minutes. We would definitely stay there again.

Great staff but awkward poorly maintained std room

The street address is not provided by Hotels.com and GPS Maps took us to a completely wrong location. The contact number provided by Hotels.com was incorrect. The alternative number we found online was not answered so it took a long, frustrating time locating the accommodation. Staff were friendly and professional - best we’ve seen in Botswana but allocated us a standard room when I had booked and paid for a river view room. This appeared to be due to a non-specific Expedia booking sheet. The standard room had beams slanting across and very small space so getting around was awkward. Broken light fitting in bathroom. Generally things including bathroom fittings looked purchased from a cheap Chinese shop. Very thin walls so could clearly hear other guests moving about in the corridor at midnight. The staff were well spoken and friendly, welcome drinks a nice touch but Hotels.com/Expedia needs updated info from the hotel. I wouldn’t stay in a standard room again. Maybe the other rooms are nicer.

Wonderful stay for 3 nights!

3 nights at Enviro-Villa at the river bank. It is a very calm and quiet place, nice, clean and comfortable room. Wi-fi was working all the time. Beautiful deck and pool area. Perfect to rest for the next day adventures, or after. The staff was very kind and service minded. Unfortunately, the river was almost dry this year, but still there was water near the deck. If I come back to Maun, this is the place I would stay at. //Micke Ahlberg

Delightful

This place and its staff were amazing! Spotted hippos and a crocodile from my window. Dinner under the stars and breakfast by the river were a highlight! Highly recommended
