“We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!”

“Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside.”

“This is our third time staying in Sheraton in Kaanapali. Unfortunately, despite the premium location, the resort is getting older and older and in desperate need of renovation. Seems that lobby was recently renovated, but rooms need help. Our ocean view room had crack in the sink, no vent in the bathroom and multiple layers of pain that was chipping.
It probably would not matter that much if weather would be better during our stay, because due to the tropical storm we were forced to spend a lot……
