“The ocean view was nice.
We did have a disappointing experience during our stay. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in both the room and the refrigerator, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. We appreciate that the host was understanding and provided a partial refund to help make up for the inconvenience, but the condition of the accommodation prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. We hope the pest issue is addressed so future guests have a better experience.”

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。
第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。
5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。
最后一天退房，前台居然没人。
总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Overall a 4/5 experience! I would stay here again without a doubt. Simple check-in process, attentive host, great ocean views, and a well equipped condo. The only drawback I can think of was in regards to some of the aging furnishings. ”
