「Gorgeous peaceful retreat! Booked a last minute stay for my family of four, and could not have been more pleased. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the setting was beautiful. From morning coffee on the deck to stargazing it was as perfect. John’s welcome packet has great tips for nearby restaurants and sites that we enjoyed, and lots of helpful info. 「Had a wonderful stay at the Walden. Found the cabin to be neat and clean. Check in process was simple with lock box and code provided just prior to arrival. The location feels secluded although there are neighbors you can’t see them and rarely hear them. The private spot on the river is perfect for fishing, floating and wading. Can’t wait to go back. 」

「Lovely large cabin in the woods. Good view of the mountain across the way. The stars are very bright and beautiful at night. The cabin itself was well furnished for our large group.
