We welcome you to the Le Clos d'Avalon cottage, housed in an old building that has been fully restored with great passion for a wonderful stay. While adjoining the property, the cottage retains all its privacy. The accommodation features an enclosed garden, a beautiful partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a dining area equipped with an electric grill, overlooking a pretty lake, facing the forest crossed by the Sainte Catherine stream, which flows into the Mauriac pond located 500 meters away. Our cottage features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and hob), a dining and living area with a wood-burning stove and television, two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds), one with direct access to the garden, a small reading room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The entire cottage is spread over different levels. You also have access to a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. Bed linens are provided. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (fees apply). The accommodation is adjoining another cottage. High-speed fiber optic internet connection is available.
